About DCBS-TRIS

The DCBS-TRIS system captures training records and training activities conducted by the DCBS Training Branch and attended by DCBS Staff and Community Partners. Team members work closely with Regional Learning Specialists, University Training Consortium Staff and Training Branch Staff. Team members are responsible for posting training information on the DCBS-TRIS website, processing training registrations and participant lodging requests, capturing training records and evaluation data for scheduled training events. The DCBS-TRIS system provides comprehensive data for customized and special reports for DCBS. The system provides aggregate data on training hours, training participants and budgetary information in relation to training events, training needs assessment, prerequisite notification, staff demographics and other related information.
